Terms and Conditions

Heres the small print:

We've tried to make this as easy to digest as possible so please make sure you have read and understood. You may call us if there are any points you would like us to clarify.

In these booking conditions, ‘you’ and ‘your’ and ‘guest’ or ‘guests’ means all people named on the booking form (including anyone who is added or replaced at a later date). ‘Agent’ means Ullapool Holiday Homes. ‘Property’ and ‘Accommodation’ means the holiday home, cottage or house. ‘Booking’ means the rental period that has been booked.

Your Booking should be for holiday purposes only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The lead guest, who has placed the booking, must be over 21 years of age. The lead guest is responsible for ensuring that all persons occupying the property comply with the conditions in all respects. Any property occupied is strictly on the basis that the accommodation is for holiday use only and that no right to remain in the property after the end of the holiday period booked exists for the guest or for any other person or persons who occupy the property. All persons will vacate the property at the conclusion of the period of the holiday.

Smoking is not permitted inside any house.
